The purpose of a Personal Gambling Licence (PGL) is to allow individuals employed by a Trust Company Business (TCB) to undertake the role and responsibility of a director/principal of a commercial gambling operator.

Who is the Personal Gambling Licence for?

The purpose of a Personal Gambling Licence (PGL) is to allow individuals employed by a Trust Company Business (TCB) to undertake the role and responsibility of a director/principal of a commercial gambling operator as a separate function to their role within an entity regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC).
