There are two main pieces of legislation covering gambling in Jersey: the Gambling Commission (Jersey) Law 2010, which governs the work of the Commission and the Gambling (Jersey) Law 2012, which covers the legal position on gambling regulation.


There are also two sets of key Regulations: the Gambling (Charitable and Membership) (Jersey) Regulations 2012, which cover charitable, social and membership gambling; and the Gambling (Ancillary and Miscellaneous) (Jersey) Regulations 2012 which cover the provision of gambling services to other businesses.
